Job Context

TO LOOK AFTER SITE STORE, MATERIALS,SITE SECURITY, MATERIALS IN-OUT, REQUISITION, WORKER & CURRYING INDEPENDENTLY.

Job Description / Responsibility

• To look after overall Project development activities of real estate constructions.
• monitoring & controlling contractor
• Responsible for transforming the operational efficiency in meeting the customer's expectation in terms of timely delivery, quality & satisfaction.
• Responsible & capable of restructuring the construction department, planning, developing, organizing , directing & evaluating the business operations
• site developments, meeting with land owners, clients etc
• Directing & monitoring related team members.
• working progress ensure, related problem solving, site visit, weekly/monthly meeting with related heads & project development activities inform to chief engineer.
• Prepare monthly site working plan
• Working target handover to related supervisors & monitoring ongoing works
• Ensure construction quality, hand over time & Services
• budget prepare, monthly budget prepare & approved top supervision
• Should be capable of developing & implementing systems, quality construction & strengthening the team.
• Sound knowledge on design, drawing & plan approval from the concerned authorities.
• Others project related works
• Daily/ weekly/monthly contractor bill prepare
• Daily/ weekly/monthly materials requisition prepare

Diploma in Civil/ HSC

Experience Requirements

• 2 to 3 year(s)
• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
  Planning, Operation & Maintenance, Project Management, Drafting, Service/support
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  Developer, Real Estate

Job Requirements

• Age 22 to 40 year(s)
• Only males are allowed to apply.
• REAL ESTATE JOB EXPERIENCE/ ANY CONSTRUCTION EXPERIENCE IS MUST.
• Must be stay at site office day, night.
• having site supervisor job experience will get 1st preference.
• MUST STAY AT DHAKA BASED SITE.
• NO STUDENT ALLOWED
• HAVING SECURITY JOB EXPERIENCE AS IN-CHARGE MAY ALSO APPLY.
• MUST STAY AT COMPANIES SITE DAY-NIGHT, AFTER 03 MONTH 5 DAYS LEAVE.

Job Location

Dhaka

Salary Range

• Tk. 9000 - 16000
• Salary basic 7000, TA/DA 500, MOBILE : 500,Medicale : 500 staring from one year job experience, salary will increase after one year real estate job.
