Monitor mill performance to ensure it meets expectations in relation to quality, productivity, efficiency, extraction rate, stock levels and cost efficiency. Ensure the Health and Safety of the product and personnel throughout entire production process. Working out the human and material resources needed; Monitoring product standards and implementing quality-control programmers Supervising and motivating a team of workers; Educaional Qualification B. Sc or Diploma in Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering Jobs Experience 5 to 8 year(s) Additional Requirements Only males are allowed to apply. Experience in handling Buhler Machine in a large flour mill. Strong leadership, interpersonal & communication skills. Computer literacy is must for the position.
