Ensure timely delivery of the requested materials. Ensure quality of the supplied materials. Quotation collection from various suppliers. Ensure checking of price of the products by visiting the market frequently and prepare comparative statement. Search for new and alternative supply sources. Collection and processing of bills for ensuring payment. Update vendor database on a regular basis. Provide purchase related reports as and when required. Assist the line manager to develop all necessary purchase related documents, form, formats, charts etc. Excellent drafting and negotiation skills with a strong commercial acumen. Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills. Liaison with Finance & Accounting Dept. for on time payments of suppliers. Educaional Qualification Engineering background (Diploma in Civil Engineering) Jobs Experience At least 5 year(s) Additional Requirements Only males are allowed to apply.
