Position : Project Engineer No. of Vacancies: 01 Jobs Responsibility/Description Ability to manage high quality residential building construction work with basement independently. Coordination with planning, supplying chain department and vendors. To be experienced on project planning, scheduling, organizing, supervising, scheduling and coordinating To be experienced on Quality control, site safety, define the problem and indentify the target to improvement Ability to coordinate with subcontractors to resolve any technical issue The candidate must be able to handle subcontractors, suppliers, clients and landowners independently Ability to check bills submitted by different vendors. Educaional Qualification Diploma in Civil Engineer Jobs Experience 12 to 15 years Additional Requirements 12-15 years of experience in Real Estate Industry. Strong leadership skills & team building capabilities. Ability to work independently and be able to work under time pressure. Strong interpersonal and interactive skill. Excellent command over written and spoken English. Good command over computer operation.
