Position : Manager (Bag Factory)
No. of Vacancies: 01 Jobs Responsibility/Description Provide technical & non-technical assistance to the management of a large Bag factory(cement) Carry out as per maintenance & Production plan of Bag factory & supervise maintenance & Production team/outside vendors as & when required. Monitor & supervise usage of spare parts to ensure optimum usage & availability of spare parts. Closely supervise technical team and guide them for timely completion of maintenance works. Resolve day-to-day production related problems. Prepare & submit daily/weekly/monthly production report to the higher authority with recommendation, if any. Perform any other task as assigned by the Director of the Factory. Educaional Qualification Diploma. in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering from any reputed Institute. Jobs Experience 5 to 10 year(s) Additional Requirements Sound technical know-how of Cement Factory Production , Operation, quality control, maintenance, factory administration. Leadership Skill, Problem Solving Skill, Troubleshooting Skills, Communication Skill, Interpersonal Skill, People Management Skill, Negotiation Skill.
